Tesco pomegranate seeds. I will brush my teeth well afterwards and use mouthwash rinse too as it's acidic... and also fruit is high in fructose sugars. It's got a sharp and very acidic taste.... eww.... I should eat it with some natural plain yoghurt to neutralise the acidic taste.

Pomegranate seeds are nutritious as they're high in antioxidants... it's just a shame about the very high sugar content in fruit.

I won't eat anymore fruit today after this as I think I've now had my daily allowance level of sugar, and I don't want diabetes, tooth decay, etc.

I always thought that you're full of sh*t. Well you already made it clear in threads that you don't care for your body, skin, hair, organs, life, etc. Your brain organ is lacking nutrients and is filled with toxic junk.

If you bought an expensive car, would you fill the engine with toxic junk? People care more for their cars than caring for their body... even though spare car parts are easier to find than spare body organs when their system breaks-down with problems.

I strongly support a fat people tax, smoker's tax, and a tanning tax.... (all irresponsible masochists!) ... as their subsequent health problems are self-inflicted - so they should pay for their own healthcare costs, instead of expecting taxpayers to pay for selfish and gluttonous fat people, smokers, and for skin cancer victims, who take-up most of the free hospital beds.
