    I just buy the frozen seafood medley my friend (includes the shrimp calamari and scallops), it’s not that expensive.

    Haha yes! Frozen tastes a lot different from fresh of course but I’ve gotten comfortable enough with my cooking and learned some tricks to make it taste better.

    Salmon is the only fish I will never buy frozen.
