Referring to a politically correct encyclopedia to describe properly what "Aryan race" is akin to referring to a Moor for an objective opinion about Reconquista.
Yes surely they have existed there long before the Aryans invaded, in fact they might have been even lighter! (platinum blonde hair)
No Indians arrived there, Aryans invaded India and spread their culture but they weren't so numerous. Center of "Indo-European" culture is not India as stated by many PC sources but South Russian steppes.

In the west almost all Spain had been subjugated, except that part which adjoins the cliffs where the Pyrenees end and is washed by the nearer waters of the ocean. Here two powerful nations, the Cantabrians and the Asturians, lived in freedom from the rule of Rome.")

Politically correct claims that Hindus are original Aryans are seen on politically correct television programs so how could non-existent programs claiming differently prompt me to form such an opinion?
As for general question, which non-Euro country produces most European-looking people, then I guess Western Turkey, then Levant, North Caucasus would be at the top followed by others.
