Before black Africans had contact with outsiders, not ONE African society had invented the wheel, a written language, calendar, a two-story building, a mechanical device or domesticated any beast of burden.

Now you're attributing the successes of Near Eastern civilization to that of "white" civilization? Anyways, these studies are absolutely ludicrous. As if IQ tests are an accurate measure of someone's intelligence. Even if IQ tests give an approximate range of someone's capacity/cognitive ability, that's different from general intelligence.
