I am a believer. I was born and will die as an Yezidi (Ezdi Kurd). And I am very proud of that.
But I was also born in the USSR under the soviet flags of Marx, Engels and Lenin. So in my upbringing my religion (the Yezidism) didn't play any role. Religion also doesn't play any role in my everyday life.

I am not really religious.
Ancestors were Shamanic. Many of them became Russian Orthodox.
Additionally, I have somewhat - to an extent - studied Tibetan Buddhism and Aboriginal Spirituality.
The heightened awareness/sense of Space is similar to both Shamanism and Tibetan Buddhism, which makes transition or understanding between them easier despite the many differences.

Catholic from atheism. I converted after studying St. Thomas Aquinas years ago. Then I got into philosophy, moral philosophy, modal logic, the ancients, Greek and Roman, which reinforced my beliefs. I’m a poor Catholic, though, but devoted.
