I wish I had a religion, but no. I was raised atheist, but I have had a strong interest in religion since I was 12 or so. I studied theology at university. I admire aspects of some religions, such as Sikhism, Buddhism, Judaism, Jainism, Catholicism, and nature religions. But my logical mind can never bring me to fully adhere to the beliefs, or my morals cannot accept some aspect of doctrine or the behaviour of followers. I seek certainty and truth, and I haven't come across a religion that isn't obviously man made and imperfect.

If I had been raised in a religion I would probably follow the external requirements as I find ritual soothing and I would respect that it is the path of my ancestors. But I find that i belong to no faith, so nothing feels like home.

Religion is very dificult, its something you need to study throughly and when you find the true reliion of God you wont be able to deny it. May God make it easier for you and guide you to the truth

I have a hard time believing in a certain religion. I was raised in a non-denominational church and have attended different churches.. Presbyterian, Baptist, Missionary Baptist, etc.. I believe in God and Jesus as our Savior, but I have a hard time because so many people are so hypocritical. They will be christians at church and be the total devil outside of church. The Bible has also been wrote over and over thru out the years by too many different people to fit their lifestyles.

I feel as long as you have the belief in God and accept Jesus as your Savior and live in the way God intended us to, that's enough.

I am not religious, but I am not an atheist either.

I think there must be some plan in all of the existence, some forces and things that we are unable to unveil on this limited reality where we live, as in the allegory of the cave of Plato.

And that the purpose of this life is to live in harmony with those forces and with that universal plan.

Not sure if all that means that we will continue to be alive in someway or another after we die. But I would like that to be the case, because I don't like the idea of an eternal death without conscience.

Solipsism. And also The Simulation Hypothesis.

The belief that YOU are the God of your own reality; and that you might have hidden powers(like magic) that are to be discovered in due time. Life is seen through the subjective lens of the individual. You ultimately only have your own point of view and perspective you can go by and trust, and you can't draw from anything outside your own consciousness. Once these hidden powers one unknowingly holds is unlocked and made known to the mind then he will be the true God of his own reality and even the universe, having the power and might to create worlds of his own through dreams and dreams made into reality virtually.

The Simulation Hypothesis is similar to Solipsism in many aspects but a bit different...If life is a simulation then the simulator can either have finite power or be infinitely powerful, what we these days attribute to a God entity. Here are some great vids on Solipsism and TSH...:
