No, Middle Easterners need to stay in the Middle East, to be honest especially the ones who are educated so they can help benefit their own nations instead of going elsehwere, and so no more migration or brain drain occuring to the region. Though most Middle Eastern immigrants are Turks so I have nothing in common with those guys but still they should be in Turkey helping Turkey.

Perhaps a more prudent plan would be to encourage Germans to have more children? Although that would only solve the problem in 25 years or so.
