But yeah, I agree modesty should be valued and I don't think we will lose it on average. But we can't stop our youth from globalization either...

Some of the ideals of globalisation and this cultural liberalism can be dangerous for our society. We need to make sure Armenian values and identity is strongly kept, and not drowned in the failed notion of multiculturalism. Some times in yerervan I have seen a mother taking her child out and the way mother is dressed sometimes, I am shocked. Just look at how bad reputation of Russian women is in terms of this.

I think it's normal, we can't avoid it and I do not think we will become Russia in that sense.Mi qich xangar chi!

haha, well we are politically part of Europe already (member of Council of Europe) what more can we want? Also, I'm not pro-European, pro-West, pro-East, but only pro-Armenian. So I want ideals coming into Armenian society that will help our nation and culture be better. Not every ideal does that so we have to be careful.

I see well if you want to be part of Europe you will have to accept stuff that you might think are not acceptable in your culture,like homosexuality,freedom to dress whatever you want etc

values change with time,what was European value 500 years ago is not same as European value 3000 years ago,or European value today
