The both ways are okay, to be a virgin(or to be in sexual abstinence) or to take things light and enjoy in many sexual partners- if you don't have stable relation what completes you. We need to know that people are different and react on different way.

I don't know man,what specific Eastern European countries are you talking about? The situation in Ukraine and Belorussia are exactly the same as Russia. I've lived in the Czech Republic, and it's just as bad.
