As for this piece of shit being a right-wing extremist or not, I think it's more correct to say he's batshit insane. Other than that, things become less and less clear, but he has uttered some reactionary views about turning Norway into a Catholic theocracy with him as the head of state. Insane dribble, obviously.

He uttered more insane dribble in court today, while several of the Utøya survivors were there listening to his mad ramblings. When he mentioned that he should get a medal, some of the survivors burst out into what must be a shock-enduced laughter, due to the sheer and utter stupendous absurdity.
