No need for hate, in fact where I am from, the dialect is almost the same with the Solun and Voden dialects and we use 'sa' instead of 'se':



The song of course is sung differently in different regions depending of the regional dialect, but this is first and foremost an Aegean traditional song!

I believe the hate will dissipate once all facts are placed on the table. There has already been progress made with joint celebrations etc. My parents generation and those after them still don't get why we are celebrating some events together. They see the Ilinden uprising as purely Macedonian and are not aware of the contribution of the Bulgarian state to this eg., the fact that those most of those Vojvodi and Komiti received their military training in Bulgaria, many were Exarchist teachers in Macedonia and so on. Give it time, they're getting there.
