Dinarid Mediterranid/Dinaro-Alpinoid, but she is definitely not just Alpinoid based off her nose, lip area, jawline, and slightly sloping forehead.
She lacks a lot of the traits typical Alpinoids have, like roundness of cranio-facial shape, more bulbous nose, less slanted jawline, and a more rounded forehead.
She might be slightly Gracilized as well, and to me she looks to be a good example for someone who is an Italian.
