Hmm one would mistake them for the Netherlands if it wasn't for the fact that I have doubts whether their figures are correct though. It seems to be teeming with corruption and bribery, (it's basically an oligarchy with a lot of power for the president) so their figures are probably as fake as a Greek national budget. It's a country with a substantial oil wealth.<table class="infobox geography vcard"><tbody><tr class="mergedtoprow"><td colspan="2">GDP (PPP)</td> <td>2010 estimate</td> </tr> <tr class="mergedrow"> <td style="width:1em; padding:0 0 0 0.6em;"> - </td> <td style="padding-left:0em;">Total</td> <td>$24.146 billion[3] </td> </tr> <tr class="mergedbottomrow"> <td style="width:1em; padding:0 0 0 0.6em;"> - </td> <td style="padding-left:0em;">Per capita</td> <td>$34,824[3] (22nd)</td></tr></tbody></table>
A Western European country with the GDP per capita of $34,824 doesn't have this.
