That doesn't make any sense to me. What does the dead children have to do with him? You either have empathy for murdered children or you don't. What someone from the same ethnic group as the dead says about your own dead would be irrelevant.

You don't need to be expert to see Serbs like him have completely no remorse for their crimes and than they expect pity for their victims.
It's a common narrative in Serbia because people who led and supported such crimes in 1990s were never overthrown and still rule and their education system support that.
