You don't need to be expert to see Serbs like him have completely no remorse for their crimes and than they expect pity for their victims.
It's a common narrative in Serbia because people who led and supported such crimes in 1990s were never overthrown and still rule and their education system support that.

I don't see possibility of leader with such history being elected in vast majority of other European countries.
