Africans with negroid facial traits don't look white even if they are albinos. But Africans mixed with Arabs like Ethiopians and Somalis could make it.

I think that many Algerians and Kabyles are regularly getting mistaken for Southern Europeans. Some Delta Egyptians without Sub-Saharan also. But their Mediterranean component differs from European one.
