Definitely very nice statues so far.

Random little ones more or less adapted to the landscape:

Statue of Emperor Marcus Nerva in city centre, Gloucester.
Have you noticed that if you rearrange the letters in ‘illegal immigrants’, and add just a few more letters, it spells, ‘Go home you free-loading, benefit-grabbing, resource-sucking, baby-making, non-English-speaking ********* and take those other hairy-faced, sandal-wearing, bomb-making, camel-riding, goat-f*****g raghead c***s with you.?

Cornelis Lely - Dutch engineer and the one ultimately responsible for the Afsluitdijk that turned the Zuiderzee into the IJsselmeer. His statue now stands in Den Oever overlooking the barrier dam he helped create.

Flipje. After the marmelade brand. This statue can be found in Tiel.

William the Silent. In The Hague. I found the picture here.

"The fisherman's wife." A monument in Scheveningen dedicated to those fishermen that ventured out to sea... never to come home. It was particularly dedicated to those that were torpedoed during World War I. I found the picture here.

A statue of Rembrandt in Amsterdam, made by Louis Royer in 1852.
