Few look Slavic. As everywhere among West South Slavs, unlike in Romania/Bulgaria, blond people have local rather than Slavic looks:
I would say many if not most are easily passable throughout Central Europe. I can confirm that from my trips to Zagreb and Istria... Your people looks almost as "similar" to us as Germans.
