Jobbik is proposing that only people who have at least some education can vote, so that basically means Gypsies wont be allowed to vote.

Our problem is that gypsies will vote for whoever promises them the most benefits, gypsies also dont have education.

You stop illiterates from voting= you stop Gypsies from voting, its that simple.
