Seriously now, as a rough number Italians of course, they are 6 times more numerous, percentage-wise it's hard to tell, maybe Serbs have slightly higher percent, but differences are minor.

Difficult to say.
I think Northern Italians are lighter as a whole and Southern Italians darker, but i'd stick with Serbs.

Serbs as a whole. Northern Italians are comparable. Southern Italians not close.
