Well, I can pass in Medish countries but more in Eastern ones (as a Greek for example) and I'm a bit away from Georgian Median. Average Georgians look close to this (well a bit swarthier):

There might be some Arabs in Turkey, but I doubt most turks are the Arab type anyway. I reckon I'd pass better in Turkey than in Saudi Arabia

You can pass anywhere in the Near East ( Turkey, Levant, and some Gulf countries). Just my opinion.
