What is Europe's most racially heterogeneous country?

What European country has the highest % of Third World immigrants from Asia, Africa, The Middle East, etc. (Including Gypsies). And the lowest % of indigeneous Europeans?

France and the U.K. Russia has native locals who are not of the same stock as ethnic Russians like the people of the Caucasus and various Uralic, and Siberian tribes, which would come after those two nations.

I guess it has to be England. France and The Netherlands also have many immigrants.

The Netherlands has 3 million immigrants from which just about 1.5 million should be non-Western.

But I was astounded about the boldness and the number of the non-Western immigrants that I have seen in the UK and France. And not just in the main cities.

Russia is actually quite homogenous - their Mongoloid native folks constitute a small part of population. Chechens and (especially) Tatars are far more European in looks and genetics than absolute maority of Non-Euro migrants in Europe. With the exception of Moscow and couple other big cities Russia is very Slavic/Euro in makeup.

Its was hard to pick between France and Netherlands, but i voted Netherlands in the end. And im not expert who visited all countries, just my perception because of media.
