Obese people entitles to two seats for the price of one

I found an interesting bit of news; that the supreme court in Canada has ruled that obese people are entitled to two seats on planes for the price of one. Now if the population continues to put on weight then this would become more common and prices would have to go up to cover for the lost seats, equally will there now be a part of the booking form asking for your weight? Perhaps anorexic people should get a discount in account of the fact that they take less fuel to carry?

My main objection to this is that "normal" people will be forced to pay more for other peoples gluttony

In the US some airlines try to force fat people to pay for two seats on the grounds it would by an inconvience for someone to have to sit next to that person. But I think they only do that on flights where there are unsold seats. I know from years of flying that if a flight is sold out they will pack you in no matter what your size.

I think some airlines have also started charging for toddlers.
