I see it anticlockwise.

Here she is with additional cues for counter-clockwise spin. If you carefully watch the foot that is down, it appears to be spinning in the opposite direction from the rest of her body:



I don't see that problem with cues added for clockwise:

I see the firt above spinning anti and the second clockwise.
I don't know wether it depends by the fact there are those white edges attached to the woman that help the viewer.
