I would never suggest such a thing if you looked at my race ladder, and I also consider Eastern Europeans to have contributed things, but to not the same extent and with the same qualitative grounds as Westerners.

Native Americans have their own charm to them. I'm not sure if we can say one people are superior to others.

They were too culturally fractured to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and integrate into a more dominant culture thus the state they are in today.

Excluding any possible genetic component. They scarcely advanced in over 10,000 years and I'd expect they'd have difficulty in a culture of endless innovation.
