SW Slavs have more "Slavic" than "paleo-Balkanic" y dna, and that means their "paleo-Balkanic" autosomal dna mostly came from female ancestors.
I know from the life that male children look more like mother, and female more like father. SW Slavic men look more "Balkanic" than SW Slavic women who look more "Slavic" on average.

The sad thing in your case is Russia does not care about you in the slightest. You're merely a pawn to gain a foothold in the Balkans, and by acquisition, control of the Adriatic and Aegean, cutting off the West. You're expendable to them.
