Corded ware is an archological culture and corded type is associated with early and medium stages of this culture (in later period, Corded people became more mixed ).
What about the main differences between Corded and (Skando)Nordid type?
Well, Corded type has higher and often steeper forehead. As Zarathustra said, Corded type is also more robust on average than (Skando)Nordid type.
I don't know anything about coloration of proper Corded types, we can only speculate about it. It is said to be slightly darker than Nordid, though.
