I have a cousin in northwestern Germany with certain Corded qualities, such the long, high-vaulted skull and an elongated face with everted gonial angles.

I know this post is from the 1800s but I've read some descriptive literature regarding "everted" gonial angles but I've never been able to confidentially picture it in my mind. Perhaps somebody could explain better. Would that be a portion of the gonial angle being drawn back toward the ear (or back, before rounding, then going forward) or something? Or am I completely off-target here? Am I even making sense? I suppose a picture illustrating it would help me the best.

The first are indeed pure representatives of Kurgan folk, but last girl (Kovalchuk) has lots of Baltid and Pontid, so she's not a perfect representative. This is why she doesn't pass outside Slavic lands, whereas the rest could well be Irish or Anglo-Americans...

If anything I could see Trønder tendencies in her rather than Pontid or Baltid ones:





Her husband you can see on some of these photos is heavily Mongoloid admixed, on the other hand.

She looks SW Slav actually. I would have guessed her as Serbo-Croatian, because this mix of Corded and Pontid with Baltid influences is common there. She doesn't pass as Romanian
