NYC is not that bad. I just was there on a brief vacation a few days ago.

IMHO, it's a tough one between Detroit and Baltimore.

Atlanta's actually not that bad, crime is pretty low relative to their black population.

Chicago probably has one of the worst individual ghettos in the country but as a city overall it's miles above the rest.
