There's a lot of image hosting websites but they usually tend to be slow and require you to go through lots of pages before finally being able to upload an image.
Here's a tool to upload directly from your computer to Imageshack.
If you have an account at Imageshack then you sign in on the programme itself, if not you'll need to make an account on their website and then open the programme and login.
You can then close the programme, staying logged in. To upload a picture the simplest way is to find the picture, right click and select "Open with Imageshack Uploader"
Alternatively you can then upload images directly to Imageshack by opening the programme and clicking the "add" button, selecting the picture and clicking upload.
Once it has uploaded a message will appear with links to the image. Copy and past the direct link or image code into the forum, if you use the direct link you'll have to click the "insert image" button on Apricty.
To delete pictures you must visit Imageshack from a browser.

Uploading directly pictures to Apricty:
Uploading to forums using the "Manage attachments" feature is not recommended, it uses the website's servers and bandwidth and too many pictures uploaded this way would slow the site down and push up running costs. Most forums have certain limits on the size of files which can be uploaded anyway, so using an image host is better anyway.
Use a free image host such as Imageshack instead.
