Over de symboliek in het Lam Gods. Het Lam Gods wordt gezien als een van de belangrijkste Belgische schilderijen ooit, maar wat valt er eigenlijk aan te zien? Het Paleis op de Koudenberg in Brussel, de zetel van Karel V en de landvoogden der Nederlanden. In 1731 is dit paleis afgebrand en slechts de fundamenten en kelders zijn bewaard gebleven. In 1775 is dit gebied opnieuw ingericht en nu bevinden zich hier de Sint-Jacob-op-Koudenberg en het Koninklijk Paleis.
