Wow. I had always thought that she was part Indian. But turns out shes just Portugese.

To me she does not look fully Euro. But pretty neverthless.

Photos that don't show her natural features/natural coloring don't seem suitable. That first photo in particular has been used over and over by certain people to try and differentiate Portuguese from the mainland and Portuguese from the islands. The profile shot is good though.
