It is obviously Azerbaijani even by the international laws. This conflict is one of the reasons why Pakistan, an ally of Azerbaijan, does not recognize the sovereignty of the Armenian state all. Russia leverages this issue to keep Armenia under its control. Armenians created a mess, they take pride in it however it also ties them firmly to licking Russian boots.

Karabakh is historical Armenian land, but It happened, that it was in Azerbaijan due to Soviet Union. After Dissolution of the Soviet Union Armenians had no right to capture it. Russia helped Armenia to expand own influence in Kavkaz. Now Turkey wants to do the same thing, expand Turkish influence
