Plastic Surgery: are you for or against it?

Only in case of accidents. It shouldn't be used to get bigger boobs/ass or smaller nose, etc.

I´m all for it if it helps the person feel better about themselves. It´s very easy to say that you should love and accept yourself the way god/nature made you when you don´t have a nose like that. When It´s something that really bothers you and you have the option of feeling ugly and miserable for the rest of your life or doing something about it, I say go for ir.
