Yes, if it raises your self-esteem why not? People who are happy with their looks don't generally understand.

I am not against it as long as it is aestetic and helpful for those who want it. Everyone has weird perception of what is beautiful so I am for the plastic surgery if it makes people feel better.

That´s the only reason I would perform plastic surgery on myself. We´re what we´re, changing the outside doesn´t change who you are. You should be proud of being white, is the only thing that counts, well at least for me.performed in order to correct deformities caused by accidents or birth defects?

Restorative surgery, yes.
Vanity surgery, no.
Cosmetic, elective surgery when the change will help the person be more at ease with themselves due to some physical feature that weighs heavy on mind and heart, yes, under guidance of psychiatric counseling.

People who are content by the way they look do not realise that there are so many other people who feel "cursed" and "punished" because of something in their appearance, the plastic surgery is the best way to correct that and rise their confidence. We all have our imperfections but for some ppl that could be a big problem, affecting their whole life.

Very well stated, I agree
I would never suggest it to anyone either, it´s a very personal issue and should not be taken lightly. In the end, it´s about self-perception and self-confidence more than anything. The only opinions that should really matter are yours and that of your doctor.
