Depends.
I am definitely for plastic surgery in the case of bat-ears. Ask me, I had them. I was teased mercilessly at school, my ears were pulled, I was called names. I used to come home crying and even refused to go to school. I remember it as some of the most horrible times of my life. My mom sent me to have my ears pinned back when I was 10 and it gave me a lot of new self-confidence. I used to be extremely shy and it helped me climb out of my shell. I could wear my hair tied back without feeling like everyone was staring at me and making nasty comments about me.
In the case of where a person has trouble breathing and rhinoplasty is going to correct it. Not problem. And even if the person feels insecure about their nose, why not?
For the woman who has literally no boobs and feels extremely unfeminine and all she wants is a B-cup. Fine.
If a large epicanthic fold is in the way and obstructs sight (which happens rarely), yes.
If a person has lost a lot of weight and has unsightly flaps of skin hanging around, yes.
I can also approve if the person wants a tummy tuck after 5 pregnancies or wants to have a double chin removed.
Labiaplasty: I feel that women should be more accepting of what their genitals look like. Porn videos push a certain image of what lady bits should look like and many women are insecure of their bodies. Most women have never seen other women's bits other than porn magazines and porno movies and don't know what real women actually look like down there. If intercourse is painful, or wearing pants is uncomfortable or sore, then yes. And men should also accept that every woman is different.
