A rhinoplasty or a nose job isn't too bad. Lots of people do it. Sometimes a very bad nose does mess up an otherwise good looking face, and they generally look better with a refined nose. Cheeks and lip injections do usually end up looking over the top and obvious. Boob lift or boob jobs is justified if you really have small boobs and want medium or 'normal' sized ones.

It really depends. But those saying people should have surgery only to "fix birth deformities" are lying to themselves. Plastic surgery is not always Michael Jackson-bad (no pun intended). Relax.
