Yes they are. They are the closest people to Europeans. I know of half Arabian girl half Anglo-American, and she is no where close to Europeans like the Turks are, despite the fact they are not mixed with Europeans while she is.

Also consider that accepted European peoples Greek, Maltese, Sicilian will be genetically closer to a Turk than any of them are to a French, Dutch, or Brit. So if anyone from those ethnicities has a child with a Turk, it will be closer to them on a PCA plot than would their child with a French or Dutch.

Turks have nothing in common with Arabs. Arabians don't cluster with any European group, and like I have said even when they are mixed with Europeans they are quite distant. Though I am speaking about genuine Arabians not Levantines.
