Only on occasions. Weddings, football, party's etc..Some do some don't. Then you get Buskers who play bagpipes.

or the Highland games.

..Or like alot of Americans. Is a Mut with English somewhere. But the Paternal line is Scottish.

All the Americans I posted were Scots born, or had grandparents Scots born.

Reminds me of the old joke about a Scotsman who was set upon by a gang of muggers. He fought ferociously for ages before they finally overwhelmed him by weight of numbers. The exhausted robbers had to catch their breath before they could go through his pockets, when they did all they found was sixpence. The leader of the group looked at his mates and said,
"Thank God he didn't have a fiver on him or he'd have killed us all for sure!"
