seriously IM,do you even have the will to change? you are still young and have time,but soon once you are over 30 it is too late.Not to find a partner but to start a healthy life style

probably i dont have enough willpower thats why i fail, but i do have the wish. but lets not talk about me again. just tell your opinion about fat in general.

Why is it too late at the age 30. Is this a demarcation line to change.
No, it`s never too late to change IMO. He still has plenty of time.

Yes it is the older you get the harder you will change,,youth is till 30-35,,then it goes down

But message for you girls: NEVER ACCEPT FAT GUY WHO DOESNT DO ANYTHING AND JUST EATS!

Men must be fit,they have no excuse.

Girls need 20-30% more body fat.
