For me it clearly is.
I refer austria as center europe

In my own Views i´m fully Western and grown up in Western Culture.
Germany to me is only the West German part cause this Eastern Slavs in Germany gave us nothing important.

Some Eastern Germans thought of Germany to be Central Europe.
But in Viewpoint and Culture Germany is quite Western just like Spain.
It´s a bit delicate Question.
I´d never seen myself taking his part in Center Europe.
Maybe, people will disagree, but i wouldn´t see my Country as a the Central of Europe to sound more "important"
