In my own Views i´m fully Western and grown up in Western Culture.
Germany to me is only the West German part cause this Eastern Slavs in Germany gave us nothing important.

Yes. Even with the addition of the former East Germany, Germany, as it stands today, is culturally and societally western European in every sense of the word.
