Technology means nothing. It has been shown several times, that the more primitive peoples can outwit and defeat their advanced opponents. History is full of such things. Now Israel's situation is different, than that of America in Iraq. America in Iraq really lost the war especially since it could not subdue the people there who managed to defeat them with rifles and hand bombs or and moltov cocktails, and using horse back, speaks enough that technology is not that important.
