It`s almost certainly from Anatolia.

Already, the oldest signs of farming activity and the most ancient domesticated grain seeds excavated in central to eastern Anatolia.

There many routes in the neolithic. That's why you have neolithic mtDNA N1 in central-europe, while none of it has been found in neolithic Western Europe

Its hard to really say because the first farmers came from a large swarth of the eastern Med; as I always tell people who don't know about agriculture it was an interdependence that goes back for centuries if not millenia.

The big question though is where the first plows came from or which rivers created seasonal flood plains creating the disturbance needed for proper crop stand growth; as the people who where able to make or utilize the two things I mentioned above are more likely going to be the ones who are the farmers you and I are all related to.
