It depends but they are generally closer to the Caucasoids, especially Indians of Silvid subtype that Pallantides have posted.

Agreed.They don't seem to me very similar to East Asian population.They have unique look.

Southeast Asians look oddly similar though, a lot of the time. Amazon Indians look kind of like Filipinos and Indonesians.
