"relatives" in what terms? genetically, I don't have any relatives in either Serbia or Bulgaria, where most Macedonians is same, even though there is some mixed marriages with serbs+Macedonians during Yugoslav times, so they have relatives over the border... culturally both would be equally, just like all Balkan people are same.

It's not about being two-faced. Bulgaria recognizes the reality of the Macedonian nation and Macedonia will accept that Bulgarians and Macedonians have had a common history in the past.
