    A minha tia diz que gosta mais de Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá do que Bacalhau à Brás. Nunca provei mas pela aparencia deve ser quase a mesma coisa...

    A comparação é válida porque são ambos bacalhau. Mas quanto ao que disseste "deve ser a mesma coisa pelo aspecto", aí é que eu disse que não tinha nada a ver. Bacalhau à brás tem ovos e batatas fritas desfiadas.

    Porque hoje fizemos sericaia cá em casa. A acompanhar com ameixa. Nenhum país tem uma cozinha tão rica como a Portuguesa, só têm merda em comparação... A começar aqui ao lado (lol, imho).

    Both pictures are the same thing. It's not a flan, but a cake. It's made out of eggs, sugar, flour, milk, lemon, cinnamon, a bit of salt. It is topped with plum's syrup and sided by a traditional plum comfit from Elvas, Alentejo.

    The plums:



    You can top it with any other syrup you like or honey.
