Which countries would you consider to be Germanic

Germanic is any country which is Germanic speaking....
Genetically though pred. Germanic are southern Norway, southern Sweden, Denmark, northern Netherlands and northwest Germany. Others are more mixed Germanics (with Celts, Slavs etc)

All except France and UK. Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland are in part Germanic.

In a nutshell. I still would call the UK Germanic though.

And Scandinavians? Germanic? I think we should take into account North and South Germanic. If you don't include the German speaking parts of Switzerland and Austria (which are ethnically of the same stock as Germans) then why would England and Scandinavia be included?

Sweden are not germanics.
Goths,who were leading class in Sweden were leading class in Italy and Romania,Serbia,Croatia,Bosnia,Bulgaria.
Visigoths were leading class in Spain.
In Gothica by Jordaness goths kings from that times said they are dacians and that dacians are coming from Scandinavia.
Sure they were not dacians,and dacians did not came from Scandinavia in the recent past (that means 2000-3000 years ago),but goths lived plenty of time with dacians in Romania and were plenty of mutual influences.
Norway got leading class norwegians vikings,which were mostly R1A1 norse so they are not germanics either.
I think Denmark had as leading class goths also.
Goths were people of I1A hg mostly,while germanics from Germany,Austria and so on are people of R1B germanic - R1B-S21(R1B-U106) mostly.

I dont understand you, so R1a1a 'Viking' Subclade is not Germanic but it is Norse?

Honestly Norwegian is spoken from south to north in Norway (couple of dialects) and same with Swedish in Sweden. If you though very small Samis minorities (which still mainly lives in northest parts of those countires)...they can also speak majorities languages (together with sami). Actually sami language position starts to be quite bad....less and less people can speak it.
