Why ''ofcourse''?

We look like all of our neighbours. Northerners resemble Serbs the most and Easterners resemble Bulgarians.

I have more difficulty telling them from Bulgarians, that's why I said that.

I'm not quite sure there is much difference between Serbs, Bulgarians and Macedonians in looks. Serbs in the south (Torlak regions) for example look much like Macedonians and Bulgarians.

Northerners? Easterners? What a load of rubbish. There is no standard type in any particular region of Macedonia. There are mixtures in each. There are mixtures in families, let alone regions!

Well, duh? But there are stereotypical looks every country, region, town, city, whatever. Now the stereotypes might not be representative..

From my experiences, many Northern Macedonians tend to look like Serbs while the ones in say f.e. Ohrid have more Med input. I don't have enough experiences to draw sound conclusion which is why I was asking her (since she lives in Macedonia) what a stereotypical or typical Northerner or Easterner would like .
