Only 5% of Romania is located in the Balkans, and that region used to be historically Bulgarian.
    They are genetically Balkan though.

Croatia is a Slavic, Balkan and brother country of Serbs. Similar mentality and both pro-Russian.

Croatians are quite anti-Russian oriented. They are no1 in rusophobia of all Balkanites without doubt. I know Croatians very well. I originated from present day Croatia from mixed Serbian-Croatian region. Brother of my paternal grandfather was married with Croatian woman from coastal Dalmatia.

because Croats are smart people and know what occupation is, unlike Serbs who behave like Russian gopnik

Serbs and Croatians have similar percentage of I2-Y3120 which is no1 Y DNA in both, and also similar % of I2-PH908 inside of I2-Y3120. Croatians have higher R1a. I2-Y3120 is about 2300 years old (PH908 is younger). 37-38% modern Serbs and Croatians who are I2-Y3120 have common paternal ancestor the furthest 2300 years ago, in some cases they have last common paternal ancestor only several centuries ago.
