I am a Croat from western Herzegovina ( near border ) not Bosnia and because of that I can judge better who is Balkans and who is not. I went to elementary school high school and college in Croatia and lived in Croatia. My current whereabouts do not change anything.

every single country on this peninsula have its own mentality.
look for ex Bosnian, Montenegrin Serbs and Serbs from Serbia. same ethnicity bu totally different mentalities
